How does the purchase process for a canvas work?
Identify the screen or screens you want to purchase, and then just send an email to start the process and exchange the necessary information.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or paypal, and after payment confirmation, the screen will be delivered or mailed to the address you indicate.
Who bears the cost of shipping? And what transport costs are?
The shipping cost will be borne by the customer and will always depend on some factors to be taken into account:
– if the fabric goes on its stretcher, or if it is rolled up;
– their dimensions and weight;
Do jobs come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
All screens are delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
How can I leave my comment to the site?
Do you want to leave a public comment to the site (ie sign the guestbook online), but can’t find a way to do it?
A: When selecting the “Guest Book” option, look on the resulting page for a small link saying “Subscribe Guest Book”.
How is the screen delivered?
I can make the following delivery modes:
– Face-to-face survey;
– Shipping to Portugal and Islands by Express Mail CTT;
– International shipping by express parcel services / couriers.
All shipments are made with the work properly packaged. Sending by mail or courier carries an additional cost to the canvas price.
Is the screen framed? Can I choose the frame?
The choice of frame is necessarily a personal choice, taking into account not only the canvas, but the space where the canvas will be placed. In this sense, the canvas is always sold without a frame.
How do I clean and maintain the screen?
All works have a final varnish-based protection, so you just need to wipe the screen with a damp cloth. |
